Do I get a 1 on 1 call ?

No, you do not get an initial call, but you will get a onboarding form to fill out so we can set up your profile and calories/macros. You will also have a welcome video explain some initial details and directing you on what to do next. If you feel you need a 1 on 1 call, you can reach out anytime to set up a consultation call.

Can I change the workouts anytime?

Yes, you can switch up the workout or programs anytime you would like as you will have access to all of them. You can even be in a program and add an "additional" workout to your program if your feeling a little extra one week!

Are there workouts for beginners?

Yes, we have workouts for beginners and advanced. Also, we have workouts for men/women/home/or gym set ups!

How do you track progress and nutrition?

Everything is in our app! We can look at your workout progressions, nutrition, habit, sleep cycle, energy level, pictures, body weight ect.

Tracking food is easy, you can integrate one of your current calorie trackers or use our thats built inside. You will also be able to adjust your macros which we have trainings showing you how to do this.
